About your results

The αx Self-Assessment Preview provides an indicative view of your organisation’s AI maturity and risk posture, based on the answers and evidence you submit.

It does not include the assessor interviews, document verification or senior review undertaken in a full AlphaX assessment. The usefulness of the results depends on the accuracy, detail and supporting evidence in your responses. Gaps or estimates limit the conclusions that can be drawn.

Results reflect your submission and are not automatically updated. They are not an independently verified AlphaX rating and must not be presented as one. They do not constitute investment, legal or regulatory advice.

How we handle your data

• Pause and return: your session link stays active for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Confidentiality: your results are not published. GreySpark’s assessors can see your responses, including for quality review. Your GP sees your report only if you choose to share it.
• Assessment and AI: an AI interviewer guides the conversation, and scoring follows GreySpark’s AlphaX framework, with AI services helping match your responses and evidence to its criteria. AI providers process your data under zero-data-retention terms and do not use it to train their models.
• Retention: we keep the interview transcript for 12 months, evidence and identifiable company details for 36 months, and consent and audit records for 7 years, for regulatory reasons.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your data, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
